We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through the secure Stripe payment gateway, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. You will receive your invoice by email. All payments are processed in accordance with Dutch and EU legislation.

If you contact us before the parcel is shipped, we can modify or cancel your order free of charge. If the order has already been shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies – see the Terms and Conditions or Shipping Policy section for details.

We deliver to all EU member states. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Delivery to EU countries costs €4.99 and to non-EU countries €9.99.

During the Christmas season, delivery times may be slightly longer due to postal or courier service delays. No customs or import fees apply within the EU.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, if the items are in stock. During holiday periods (e.g., Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. If a product is out of stock or a pre-order, we will notify you by email with the estimated restock date.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. If an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — in line with the statutory 2-year guarantee under EU law.

To use your 30-day return right, email us at info@toybusters.eu with your order number. We will send you a return form and instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, and undamaged. Once the return is received, we will issue a refund within 3 days or arrange a replacement.

We cover the return shipping costs. After receiving your request, we’ll send you a PDF return label to print and attach to the package. Simply hand it over at the post office – free of charge. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we also cover all return shipping costs.

Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the product. If the issue is on our side, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty.

Yes. All our products comply with the EU safety standards (CE-certified). Each toy includes age recommendations, warnings, and information about materials used. We encourage parents to read the product description before purchasing.

If a product is unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of stock” or display the option “Notify me when available.”

Yes. When placing your order, simply enter the recipient’s address and note that it is a gift. We can ship the parcel without any pricing information upon request.
